On June 20, Voyage Co., Ltd. and Northwest Branch jointly conducted a trial run activity of intelligent hot-melt waterproof membrane paver in Weihui Production Base Investment Project, to promote high technology and improve production efficiency.

As the "protagonist" of this trial, the intelligent hot-melt waterproof membrane paver has multiple functions of control, automatic walking, trajectory correction, membrane and ground heating, and compaction and paving. The construction speed of the waterproof membrane is 5 m/s. It took less than three minutes for a 10-meter roll of material from being loaded on the paver to finished paving on site.

Compared with the conventional manual construction, the intelligent hot-melt waterproof membrane paver is not only fast, but also the full adhesion rate of the paving membrane can reach 98%. However, the full adhesion rate of conventional manual construction can only reach 80% even under the condition that workers are very skillful and with serious working attitude. The intelligent hot-melt waterproofing membrane paver has stable construction quality and outstanding performance.

In this trial run activity, the intelligent hot-melt waterproofing membrane paver also won unanimous praise from the Owner and the project staff for its excellent construction efficiency and quality. Yuan Pengfei, the Project Manager of Weihui Production Base Investment Project said: "The speed and quality are much better than manual construction."
